Donuts
1 1/4 c Kodiak Buttermilk & Honey Waffle Mix
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar Replacement
¼ c Unsweetened Apple Sauce
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
3/4 c Water
Sprinkles (I’ve made the personal choice to not count sprinkles – if you count I would just not include since they’re not critical to the recipe 🙂)
Frosting
92 g Fat Free Whipped Topping (I used Kroger brand that’s in the tub)
¼ c Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
Dash of Vanilla Extract
What To Do
– Preheat oven to 350 and spray your donut molds
– In a bowl mix together all donut ingredients until evenly blended
– Divide evenly into 6 donut molds and put in the oven for 18 minutes (or until it passess the toothpick trick)
– While your donuts are baking, mix together your frosting ingredients until evenly blended
– Once donuts cool, frost and enjoy!
Tip: For frosting, easiest method is to pipe – just put ingredients in a sandwich bag and cut off the tip of one of the corners!
